Scott Bader – Founder, Producer, CMS Visionary

Scott has directed marketing teams for the last eight years, built his first website in Notepad in 1995 and was creative from day one. Leveraging diverse experience and natural leadership tendencies his problem solving approach to achieving client goals is part of his sweet skill set.

Scott graduated with a BFA in Graphic Design and a minor in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Minnesota Duluth. He is active volunteer, an avid outdoorsman and is captain of a WAKA kickball team. Since his move to Miami four years ago he has built a vast network of creative and technical talent.

Seth Viebrock – Innovator, Technologist, CMS Engineer

In no particular order...Seth has worked on Justin Bieber's web site, led a team at a start-up company, travelled to Tokyo for data center security assessments, worked on world-class e-commerce software, provided Drupal expertise for Estee Lauder and their many international brands, been building web sites for clients since 1996, and started a few businesses. 

Seth's education background is based in business and economics, balanced with the arts and humanities. During spare moments, he travels, learns languages, volunteers for excotc.org, creates/plays/listens to music, works on entrepreneurial ventures, dances, reads, writes and spends time with wonderful friends.

Katia Ivanova – Art Director, Designer, CMS Polisher

Katia is a Creative Director and Web Designer. She has been designing and developing web sites for over 10 years and is a graduate of Philadelphia University of the Arts, majoring in Multimedia Design and Illustration.  She drives an electric scooter and is funnier than you can imagine.

She specializes in UI Design, front-end development, e-mail and web marketing. Clever and witty she brings a creative, talented and dedicated approach to the refinement and construction of quality CMS based websites.
